| Certified Pilot Cars, LLC, a Fort Lauderdale, Florida based Limited Liability Company, is owned & operated by Dana Neil Oaklund. Dana started in the trucking business in 1994; began driving tractor-trailers in 1996 & specialized in hauling over-dimensional loads in 1998. That same year he was first certified as a Florida D.O.T. Pilot/Escort Flagger escorting loads part-time at nights & on the weekends while still employed as a heavy haul truck driver. |

| Dana became a full time pilot/escort in 2003, starting his own business: South Florida Pilot Car, LLC. In the beginning of 2005, he took over operations of Certified Overdimensional Escorting of Weston, FL. In 2007 Dana changed the name of his business to Certified Pilot Cars, LLC. In doing so, Dana has expanded his business to offer pilot/escort services all across the US & Canada with a vast network of certified, professional pilot/escorts. Dana currently possesses a Florida Class A CDL with an X endorsement (for tankers & hazardous materials); escort certifications from Florida & New York as well as a current Transportation Worker Identification Credential. |
